Canadian International Student Immigration

Immigration is available for applicants who graduated from Canadian schools and hold a college diploma, or bachelor, master and doctoral degrees. The policy requires students to submit applications for permanent residency within 2-3 years of graduation. Otherwise it may expire if they miss that time window.

Requirements:
- Age: 18 years or older
- Education: Public college / university in any province of Canada*, or provincial advanced education approved private school; minimum 1-2 years*; obtains diploma or degree
- Status: Valid work permit, expiry date is at least 6 months away
- Language: IELTS General 4, or above (varies with occupations); or French CLB 7, or above
- Residency: Current province of residency
- Work experience (if applicable):
- Obtains full time job offer, and occupation is related to the field of study
- At least 6 months of work experience in the province from which you submit the application*
